Capabilities

Built for the trade's demands.

From a single calibrated stone to a fully matched layout — a service house equipped to answer at the speed of high jewelry production. Three to five weeks standard. Four to six weeks for CAD-driven custom work.

i · Process

From a brief to the finished setting.

CAD — workshop process

01

CAD.

Every piece begins as a CAD model. We work from a sketch, a reference photo, or your existing 3DM file. Two design rounds standard; more available on appeal.

Casting — workshop process

02

Casting.

Lost-wax casting in 14k and 18k yellow, white, and rose gold, and platinum 950. Investment-cast trees, individually inspected against weight and porosity.

Setting — workshop process

03

Setting.

Bezel, prong, channel, pavé, bead, flush, and as-shown. Hand-set against the master sample. Tolerances tightened for matched layouts and calibrated parcels.

Polishing — workshop process

04

Polishing.

Polished, matte, or satin. Rhodium plating on white-gold pieces standard, declined on request. Deep cleaning before QC.

QC — workshop process

05

QC.

Every piece weighed, measured, and visually inspected. Stones counted and double-checked against the brief. Failed pieces reset; we do not ship borderline.

Packaging — workshop process

06

Packaging.

Soft-pouch and presentation-box options. Trade-blind packaging available — your brand, our workbench, never our name on the outside.

ii · Materials

14k. 18k. Platinum 950.

Three gold tones across both alloys. Platinum 950 throughout. Matched memo or in-house stones. Calibrated parcels under one carat — the specialty of the parent house since 1994.

iii · Lead times

Built around your delivery, not ours.

Standard production (stock stones) 3–5 weeks
CAD-driven custom 4–6 weeks
Memo / consignment intake +1–2 weeks
Rush (subject to capacity) on appeal
