Bichachi Jewelry sells exclusively to jewelers, dealers, designers, and design houses. Pricing on application; quote-driven. Memo and consignment available on appeal.
i · New trade clients
First quote, then verification.
Send us your first request through the quote form. We'll respond within one business day with indicative pricing and any clarifying questions. Before the first order ships, we ask for documentation that establishes you as a trade buyer:
- ·Re-sale or wholesale tax certificate (US) or VAT number (EU/UK)
- ·Business license or registration in your operating jurisdiction
- ·Trade association membership, if applicable (JA, AGS, GIA Alumni)
- ·Bank or trade reference for credit-term inquiries
Documentation requirements vary by jurisdiction. We'll point you at the specific list once we know where you're operating from.
ii · Pricing & MOQ
Quote-driven. Never posted.
Pricing depends on stone availability, metal weights, and current alloy markets. We never publish prices and we never quote without seeing the spec. Request a quote against any piece in the catalogue, or against your custom brief.

iii · Memo & consignment
Stones in either direction.
We can supply stones for the build (in-house), or set stones you supply on memo/consignment. Memo intake adds approximately one to two weeks to the lead time for receiving, weighing, and matching. Insurance during transit is the supplier's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
iv · Payment & terms
Net-30 by default. Wire, ACH, or memo.
Net-30 terms after the second order, subject to credit reference. First order is 50% deposit, 50% on shipment. Wire transfer (USD or EUR) and ACH are standard. Crypto and stablecoin on appeal.
